Stagecoach bus company
Absolutely appalling company . No concern for their passengers . They do not update their app or Twitter. A member of staff told me today that the person in the office is “old” and doesn’t do it. Well , I’m no spring chicken , but I check the app and Twitter as they say and they do not update it . Over two hours to get home for what is normally a 35 min journey . Some of my shopping is ruined. They do not drop the floor on the buses either. Today the driver watched me struggle off with a trolley . Not the first time . They apologise and say it won’t happen again , but it still happens . If you ask them to drop it they give you such a look you dare not ask. Also I use a stick , for mobility issues . They do not drop the floor for me but do elderly people . That’s discrimination . I might add some are helpful . They would do well to take a lesson from Southern Vectis.

Absolute joke of a service, utter s h i t
Absolute joke of a service. Never ever on time, or it doesn't show up, or it doesn't even stop. The amount of my life I've wasted at these bus stops is a joke. I've rather gauge out my own eye balls than waste anymore time waiting for this joke. I hope that bus driver falls down a flight of stairs.

I have to agree with these bad reviews
I have to agree with these bad reviews. Yesterday I sat and waited an hour for a bus. The one I wanted to catch had been cancelled without warning and I know this wasn't a one off as my friend has a terrible time with this service. Sometimes they are so full where they have two lots of passengers to pick up that they drive straight past and her daughter has been late for school on several occasions through buses not turning up.

It appears to have got worse over the last few months but I have no idea why. Is it lack of drivers?

IS THERE ANYTHING LIKE RESPONSIBILITY IN THE MIND OF THE OWNERS OF STAGECOACH

ARE THE BUSES GONA START ARRIVING ACTUALLY AND IF THEY DO, POSSIBLY ACTUALLY CLOSE TO THE TIME ON THE TIME TABLE.

DO YOU NOT REALISE THAT YOU ARE PUBLIC TRANSPORT AND HAVE OBLIGATIONS NOT TO LEAVE PPL STRANDED AROUND.

THE VERY LEAST HAVE AN OPEN NOTICE WRITE AT THE TOP OF YOUR PAGE FOR CANCELED BUSES.

I SEEN ANOTHER PERSON WRITE HOW THEY DIDN'T GET THEIR MONEY BACK FROM STAGECOACH FOR CANCELED BUS, I AM NO STRANGER TO THAT EITHER. AND I WOULD GUESS THEY HAD NO WARNING EITHER

Shocking customer service
I submitted a claim for a partial reimbursement of a season ticket following service cancellation (during lockdown) and non arrival of a bus (post-lockdown).
There then followed a protracted saga which includes lost communications due to staff turnover, hiding behind dubious and unpublished processes, requests for additional information and finally silence.

Registered a complaint 9 weeks ago and still no response!
In April this year we were badly let down (not for the first time) by Stagecoach Bus who run the local service.I raised the natter with their office the next day and was promised a response. It is now July and I have called several times to progress the complaint and have been assured that it will be dealt with but I have still not received any form of reply. To rub salt into the wound their buses now proudly carry a notice claiming how they have improved their communications with their customers and welcome feedback. What a joke!

I used to work for this company. They take money away from drivers wages and it’s legal in the Uk. The public suffer from un professional management.

Useless
Stagecoach Merseyside is a total shambles. 10A Liverpool to St Helens supposed to run every six minutes. But they don't bloody run! Supposed to run with Arriva as well but guess what. They're both crap and should be brought under Government control as soon as.

Horrific service
The bus takes long to actually get to me. With arriva on strike this is the only service I can rely on and I've almost been late to exams because of it. Drivers drive 2 miles an hour and honestly just take the Mick. When school is over never taking this service again

Stagecoach its a total scam!!! Theire app says that the bus is late with 15 min and it comes earlly most of the time theire machine are not working. The drivers most of them they are not friendly at all and the customer service is rubish is 0

Delayed and just drove past and not even full
So - I have been using stagecoach to go to south devon college for a lil under two years now.

Service is despicable! If I am there on time the bus is late or already gone and if I am there on time or EARLY it is like a half hour late!

I have gotten late to classes because of this stupid company! AND when they have free Wi-Fi on their bus, you go connect to it and they have tuned it off!

Extremely bad advertising! If you don’t want people try and use your Wi-Fi on your buses DO NOT ADVERTISE IT!

My support worker has beef with this dysfunctional company so I am definitely NOT the only one!

If this company wasn’t the only one in my town I would ditch them and tell all of my friends what a horrific, dysfunctional, despicable, untrustful company stagecoach actually is!

Always late
Always late . All the bus timetables at the actual bus stops are wrong I've missed countless appointments to the point I now taxi . Prices are ridiculous considering they quite literally don't turn up . The system is terrible much quicker to train or taxi and usually cheaper then having to keep returning for all the missed appointments.

Failed passenger service
For the 5th time in 14 days the 109 service Preston to Chorley have failed adhere to the time table they have recently created.
Living at the end of the line is so problematic it has become a real joke.
On one occasion when using the tracker the bus actually failed to come through the village of Euxton,and instead took a short cut.
I emailed the company to complain but guess what "No Reply"
I am not aware if Stagecoach are totally independent on this route,or if they are in partnership with Lancashire County Council,if it is the latter I would hope to expect some action from LCC if not then goodness help us as Stagecoach are certainly not fulfilling their commitment to serving the public on this particular route.
Please do not respond to this message Stagecoach as I will respond in kind as you did TOTALLY IGNORE COMMUNICATIONS
